Fenton is a detention facility once owned by Project Freelancer, recently under Splinter control.
Fireteam Delta and Oregon broke into Fenton to rescue both Hawaii and Campbell through a super-cliche secret tunnel. During this battle, many Splinters were killed (including Louisiana). Since this battle and the termination of the Splinters, Fenton's status and ownership is unknown.
